Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the Administration Block at Coolnwynpin State School, located at 6 Telaska Court, Capalaba QLD 4157.
The works include the demolition of internal walls to create a new office layout in addition to new flooring, joinery, electrical and painting. All works are to be completed by January 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
