The Department requires an exploratory review of the Health Assessment Database dataset collected from coal mine worker health assessments in Queensland. Refer to request for quote and contract details documents for further information regarding this.
Please note that the closing date for responses is now Thursday 15 June 2017 at 2:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Offerors are to disregard the original closing date noted in the Request for Quote document. Responses are still required to be submitted electronically via QTenders.
