Beenleigh State High School Manual Arts Block Upgrade

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Manual Arts Block at Beenleigh State High School located at 40 Alamein Street, Beenleigh QLD 4207 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP)

The works consist of refurbishment of 4 classrooms, a staffroom and workroom. Works also include construction of a new covered courtyard area with a enclosed materials preparation room. All works are to be completed by the end of February 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
