The work to be performed under this Contract comprises the provision of all materials, plant and labour and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Works associated with the Hubert St, Lennon Drive and Benwell Rd Upgrade Works as indicated on the Drawings and including the construction of the following: Demolition and reconstruction of specified portions of Hubert St including QR rail crossing and Lennon Drive including installation of boats tie down concrete slab, installation of stormwater manhole and resurfacing of Benwell Rd near Berth 1 & 2.
