Greenbank State School - M Block Refurbishment (with Design)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of an existing amenities block located at Greenbank State School, 12-54 Gooodna Road, Greenbank QLD 4124.

Tender submissions will be accepted from Contractors with the relevant Insurances and relevant QBCC Builders Licences for the scope of works required.

The project will be procured under a Medium Works with Design Contract.

Site Visit details:

A tenderer site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 1:00 pm at Greenbank State School. Tenderers are to sign in and meet the Project Manager outside the administration building.

Pre-registration of attending the site inspection is mandatory to enable adequate social distancing practices to be put in place.
