Pathwest is the custodian of three (3) buildings at QEll Medical Centre site. PP block, a more recent build, requires a new concrete surface in part of its basement area. AIM: To provide a concrete surface to a currently vacant portion of PP Block basement including storm water pit and connection to a pump system.
