To develop a “high level” understanding of the expectations of key groups within the Queensland residential tenancies sector in relation to the future access of RTA information and services via emerging technologies.
To obtain an appreciation of how RTA’s clients will address key technology and business issues regarding being identified as a client and verifying their identity for financial transactions.
