Description
QGCPO is seeking to establish a whole-of-Government Pre-Qualified Panel of AEMO registered Electricity Retailers, which hold Retail Authorities in Queensland, for the supply of electricity to large (100+MWh pa) market sites.
The pre-qualified panel will be used by all core Queensland Government Departments, and may be used by other eligible customers. The pre-qualification process will result in a mutually agreed contracting framework under which individual eligible customers can directly seek offers and form supply agreements, at a reduced process cost for both customers and suppliers.
Prospective Offerors should familiarise themselves with the Queensland Government's Terms and Conditions for Standing Offer Arrangements, Conditions of Offer, Standing Offer Arrangement Conditions and Deed of Agreement.
