INSW3354 Risk Management Services Alpaul Consulting P/L - INSW3354 Alpaul Consulting Pty Ltd

The agreement will be for a period of 36 months from 19 October 2022 until 17 October 2025. INSW will have an option to extend the contract for a further period until 7 September 2026 at the sole discretion of INSW. The services will be provided at an average of 2 working days per week. SCOPE OF WORKS: • Ensure that a risk management system (including its framework, guidelines and procedures) is developed, documented and maintained that applies across all development/construction projects for which the Projects NSW team is responsible. • Work in partnership with project leads and team members to promote the consistent application of the risk management system across Project NSW projects. • In partnership with stakeholders, facilitate: o the identification of risks and opportunities relating to Project NSW projects; and o their management in accordance with the risk management system. • Prepare reports for management, as agreed. • Provide other risk management services as requested by INSW from time to time. NOTE TO DELEGATE: • The NSW Government Performance Management Services Scheme guidelines state that a PMSS direct engagement should not be for values in excess of $250,000. • As INSW is an accredited procurement agency it can vary these guidelines based on a risk assessment. The relevant risk assessment is attached. The risk assessment clearly demonstrates that the direct engagement of Alpaul Consulting Pty Ltd provides a low risk value for money solution to Projects NSW in terms of continuity and consistency of risk management.
