Strategic Business Case Writing and Commercial Transaction Advisory Services for the Central Precinct Renewal Program. work collaboratively with the Central Precinct Renewal Program (CPRP) team to critically review and update all sections of the 2020 SBC to reflect the revised Masterplan including the existing SBC appendices; and identify and assess a long list of potential commercial and transaction structure options suitable for both integrated and separated delivery of major transport infrastructure and commercial development works. This contract has since been varied, including: Additional Commercial Transaction Advice Extension of Time Undertake additional feasibility investigation.
