Supply of Automotive Materials

Dear Sir / Madam,

TAFE SA (Public Authority) invites you to submit a quote (Your Quote) for the provision of different types of automotive materials to TAFE SA.

The automotive materials and consumable are needed for the day-to-day education of students in both Light and Heavy Vehicle training. Products will range from, but are not limited to; oils, lubricants, motor and vehicle parts and accessories.

To assist you in the preparation of Your Quote, please find as part of this invitation, a Request for Quote including a Response Form and proposed Contract.

Your Quote must be submitted using the RFQ Response Form, attaching the completed Appendix 2- Pricing Schedule and Appendix 3- Industry Participation Statement of Intent , by the Closing Date specified and must remain valid and open for acceptance for the Quote Validity Period specified.

Your Quote will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Request for Quote.

If Your Quote is accepted, Supply will be in accordance with the proposed Contract.
