Provision of Recruitment Services for Queensland Rail Limited

Queensland Rail wishes to implement a panel agreement for all Agency Recruitment: Permanent, Temporary and Fixed Term. This is an open tender process.

Queensland Rail has an established recruitment centre tasked with sourcing high quality talent and applying a merit based selection process through to appointment. The recruitment centre is responsible for enabling recruitment and selection with hiring leaders across the business including permanent, fixed term, temporary and contract appointments.

As a talent sourcing channel, we are looking to appoint a select list of recruitment agencies to source and submit candidates against specific positions as assigned across all relevant job families.

There will be no guarantee of frequency and volume of work and no exclusivity to the agreement.

The scope of engagement pertains to recruitment on a contingent basis only. Any executive level recruitment undertaken on a retained or search assignment is exclusive to the scope of services.

The initial term of the contract will be two (2) years with two (2) additional one (1) year extension options. Within the term of the contract there will be regular performance reviews.
