Specialist Digitisation Equipment

The State Library of Queensland Q(ueensland Government) is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery and installation of a specialist digitisation equipment solution (in the form of, but not limited to, an overhead digital camera and cradle device) which is capable of digitising SLQ collection materials in a range of extremely fragile to sound, written and/or printed, flat and/or tightly bound collection materials.

Supply of the Goods and/or Services incorporates (in summary);

• supply and delivery of equipment (free-into-store);
• installation of equipment on-site at Cannon Hill, Queensland;
• ICT/equipment after sales support;
• appropriate software and manual/s;
• maintenance and warranty provisions; and
• initial end-user operator training.
