CCTV Sewer Inspection Program 2024-2025

North East Water conducts annual sewer CCTV inspections as part of its preventive maintenance and renewal program to ascertain the condition of its underground gravity sewer network and determine its condition and Function.
The outcomes of this condition assessment would provide the primary input for next year’s sewer reline and manhole rehabilitation programs and a secondary outcome of mains cleaning and early identification of urgent defects.
As such, North East Water is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Cleaning, CCTV inspection and assessment on sewer conduits in accordance with Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) Standards. The works would also include urgent defect identification and reporting.
The Scope of Works includes:
• Obtain relevant approvals required to be able to works I various locations, including but not limited to VicTrack, VicRoads, Private property, council public space as needed.
• Stakeholder management plans and communication with stakeholders.
• Pressure cleaning of all nominated sewer conduits.
• CCTV inspection and assessment on sewer conduits Pipes in accordance with Water Services
• Association of Australia (WSAA) Standards.
• CCTV /Camera inspection and assessment on sewer conduit Manholes in accordance with Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) Standards or as per alternative agreed solution.
• Collate and submit the condition assessments in specified formats and in accordance with WSAA Standards
