Tally Ho Office Upgrade

To meet Triple Zero Victoria’s (000VIC) current and future needs, an upgrade of its Tally Ho (THO) State Emergency Communications Centre (SECC) located at 33 Lakeside Drive Burwood East is required to ensure that the office space adequately supports operational, functional, and business roles.

The project will include:

• Level 1 - Upgrade to kitchen and bathroom areas, control room expansion and update of lift lobby
• Ground Floor - Upgrade to kitchen and bathroom areas and update of lift lobby
• Basement - Lakeview room split into two and Corridor updates
• All areas - Painting and installation of new carpet laid to designated areas

Due to the nature of the organisation and the 24 hour operation of the SECC, the works will have to be carried out in a manner that achieves minimal disturbance to the sensitive working environment and will be completed in stages.

000VIC is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor(s) to complete the THO upgrade works essential for the project. (Tender is for contruction only) Where value for money can be achieved multiple contractors maybe awarded works under the project.

Contractors will have to meet the mandatory criteria listed in Annexue B of Part A Key Informaiton and Conditions of Tender to be considered for this tender.

All Request for Tender documents except for Part B (a) i-iv Drawings and Detailed Specificaitons are avaliable for download via this portal. To obtain a copy of the Part B (a) i-iv Drawings and Detailed Specificaitons Contractors are required to complete a Deed of Confidentiality in the form provided in Annexue F of Part A Key Informaiton and Conditions of Tender and return it to [email hidden].
