Building Maintenance and Remedial Works; HMAS Stirling

The scope of works is to undertake general maintenance and remedial works in accommodation and general offices and facilities at HMAS Stirling.

The building maintenance and remedial works will include the following:
- Undertake maintenance and repair activities in the buildings and assets identified.
- Supply of all labour, equipment, materials, temporary works, support materials, survey and testing, including handling, storage and delivery to site all labour and other activities necessary to complete the works.
- Identification, removal and disposal of debris.
- Management of all permits and isolations necessary to complete the Works.
The intended outcome of these works is to ensure that accommodation and building assets are at a standard that maintains fit for purpose activities and Navy operations.
