The lead consultant and consultancy team will work closely with the Major Projects Canberra and City Renewal Authority to develop a design outcome for Dickson Shops and Streetscapes. The purpose of this procurement is to provide the below:
1.Package A – Dickson Shops. The scope includes:
- Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP) Package,
- Final Sketch Plan (FSP) Package
- Documentation Readiness (DR)/Issue for Construction (IFC) Package
- Stormwater drainage investigation and design
- Consultation Support
- Construction Phase Services
2. Package B – Dickson Streetscapes. The scope includes:
- Site Investigations and Place Analysis
- Urban Design Transport Feasibility Study and Concept Design Options Report
- Consultation Support
- Concept Masterplan Package
