Description
The Territory is seeking the services of a suitability experienced provider to implement, supply, support and maintain a modern Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Claims Management, Insurance Renewal and Risk Management System (Solution).
The Solution being procured is to be Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) and includes the following functional modules:
(a) ACT Government agencies Insurance Policy Management;
(b) Claims and Incident Management;
(c) Property Asset Insurance Management;
(d) External Insurance/Reinsurance Policy Management
(e) Risk Register Ingestion; and
(f) Reporting and Analysis.
