Tenders are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed ‘TENDER FOR SHADE STRUCTURE INSTALLATION’ and deposited in the Tender Box at Council’s City Services Department.
Neither the lowest nor any tender necessarily accepted. Tenders submitted electronically or by facsimile will not be accepted. Canvassing of any member of Council whether directly or indirectly will render the tender invalid.
