TAFE SA
Digital Delivery Platform - Secure Network Gateway
Details
Description
TAFE SA has been granted an exemption by the SA Government from the existing Internet Service Provider (ISP) arrangements. To allow connection to a new ISP, TAFE SA must detach from the StateNET Central Data Network (CDN) and implement its own Secure Network Gateway (SNG). This SNG environment will host TAFE SA’s external facing applications and web sites, as well as provide the connection to the existing TAFE SA network and the chosen ISP.
Note: Internet Service Provision is not within the scope of this Invitation to Supply. A separate procurement process will be conducted for this requirement.
This Invitation to Supply is for the design and implementation of a new Secure Network Gateway (SNG) environment, including a De-Militarised Zone (DMZ) and the migration of servers and applications from the existing StateNET DMZ environments into the new SNG environment. Support for the SNG through an on-going maintenance and support contract will be included. Offers must meet all of the requirements outlined in Part B. Offers for only part of the requirements will not be considered, however consortium offers are acceptable, in accordance with Section 6.1. Consortium offers must be submitted by the principal entity of the consortium.
