Description
PIRSA is requesting formal proposals and quotes from organisations able to prepare and deliver a proposed Farm Business Management program to individual drought affected farm businesses across South Australia.
The Program’s aim is to support as many farm businesses as possible in drought affected areas to:
- build business resilience
- increase business acumen and skills
- undertake strategic review of business (and recovery options, if required)
- monitor and review business performance.
The single provider will be engaged and need to demonstrate, through the preparation of a Farm Business Management Program, how it intends to support farm businesses to undertake a strategic review of their business, and then develop a current Farm Business Management Plan, or adapt an update existing farm business plans, specific to the needs of the business.
