Market and demand analysis and forecast for the property sector in the greater Hobart area; Land use planning assessment and review for each of the concepts developed for the Macquarie Point railyards site, together with recommendations on the planning framework and controls necessary to support the concepts as well as ensure compatibility with surrounding land uses; Social impact assessment for each of the concepts to examine the social benefits and impacts of each concept, together with recommendations on measures to ensure that the social benefits of each option are maximised; Climate change assessment for each concept; in particular, a review of the physical, economic and infrastructure limitations that changes in climate may represent.
