Request for Expression of Interest Integrated Contract Management System

The Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources is requesting Expressions of Interest regarding the proposed procurement of an Integrated Contract Management System (CMS) to manage the complete life cycle of road construction, maintenance and professional services contracts, that is also capable of managing the life cycle of bus service contracts and other general (e.g. service-related) contracts that DIER administers or manages as part of its day-to-day business. The purpose of the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to shortlist Selected Tenderers who may be invited by DIER to Tender for the Contract to supply, implement and maintain the Integrated CMS. Should the REOI lead to a Request for Tender, only those Selected Tenderers who have been shortlisted by DIER will be eligible to submit a tender.
