Description
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) is embarking on a three-year program of works that has been developed to implement Environment Online; a cloud-based solution with the technological capability required to enable the simplification of the regulatory experience, and connection of systems and data across government and related sectors to inform and transform water and environmental management into the future.
Environment Online is envisaged to be a digitised environmental regulatory platform integrating the regulatory cycle and creating a quality online experience for staff, industry, developers, customers, and the community.
The solution and required services are being sought through an open market request based on a Request for Tender (Request) comprising of multiple schedules, inviting responses for one (1) or a combination of:
- Category A) Technology Platform and interoperable product(s)
- Category B) Systems Integrator (SI) services and resources
Respondents may reply to category A and/or B. This category-based model and evaluation approach is detailed in Part A Section 2.3. Respondents are advised that if they are responding to Category B, they must indicate their Technology Platform preference.
