Electronic Learning Management System

The Disability Services Commission (the Commission) requires a user friendly learning management system that is intuitive, provides a single searchable repository for courses, enables ‘control and treatment action plan’ information and reporting for internal and external users within a secure role based framework. The solution should as a minimum:
(a) minimise the resource impacts of training management activities by providing an effective and efficient system for the Commission to store and manage its training catalogue;
(b) cater for both internal and external training and assessment requirements; and
(c) allow Commission staff to create and update its own content without the reliance on the Contractor.
