Description
The Institute for Professional Learning (the Institute) supports the development of individuals and communities within the Western Australian public education sector. The Institute is dedicated to fostering a culture of professional learning, aimed at providing and sustaining high quality teaching, strong leadership and effective support. The creation of professional learning communities and dynamic schools is built around trust, sustainable and collaborative relationships, mutual support and continuous learning. Coaching and self-evaluation programs enhance the development of the skills required to succeed. To further this aim, on behalf of the Department of Education, the Institute has a requirement for a panel of providers to offer services for coaching.
