Air Conditioning Upgrade at South Regional TAFE Bunbury

Works comprise

• Demolition and removal of existing evaporative, split and packaged air conditioning units as noted on the drawings.

• Demolition and removal of redundant duct work and other equipment as noted on the drawings.

• Provision of new split system and packaged air conditioning as noted on the drawings.

• Duct work modifications as noted on the drawings.

• Provision of new electrical sub mains to all new air conditioning systems from existing electrical supplies.

• Provision of new electrical circuit breakers to all new air conditioning systems.

• Provision of wall mounted 1 hour push button timers to all new air conditioning systems.

• High Level Interface of all new air conditioning systems to the existing Alerton Bacnet Building Management System.

• Provision of all associated builders, electrical and controls works to complete the installation including creation of new wall penetrations and sealing of existing penetrations.
