WA Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions
Construct Rock Steps - Cape to Cape Track in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park
Details
Description
The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake construction of rock steps within nominated areas along approximately 16km of the existing Cape to Cape Track in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.
The rock steps are required to control drainage and provide a safer and more defined track surface, as well as improving the walking experience for track users. Drainage should be a primary consideration in the positioning and construction of the rock steps.
