Specification
Provision of a maintenance service as outlined by the manufacturer’s conditions and requirements, and warranty for a NextSeq 1000 sequencing platform. The maintenance service/contract must include access to technical support for sequencing runs and data analysis as required and maintenance and updates of the onboard server and DRAGEN analysis software system. Specific requirements include:
- Full coverage for parts and labour
- Reagent replacement if hardware fails during a run.
- Remote technical support within one (1) business day from time incident is reported.
- Preventative maintenance as per manufacturer’s requirements for platform maintenance
- Upgrade and maintenance of onboard software as required.
