The Return and Reintegration Assistance Programme is comprised of two services; Returns Assistance, and Reintegration Assistance.The Programme is designed to assist non-citizens, including certain visa holders, detainees, and illegal maritime arrivals who wish to voluntarily leave Australia or a Regional Processing Country (RPC), but who require assistance to do so.
