SDC dataops, mlops and AI mapping work - PROC10159

Professional services are required to undertake following technical work.1. Review, design and implement SDC based remote sensing dataops platform and geospatial and imagery pipelines and workflows2. Review, design and implement a machine learning operations (MLOps) platform for operational use of AI for computer vision tasks with a focus on satellite imagery and other geospatial data3. Integrate the above two steps with the SDC's devops cluster, delivering a streamlined and integrated environment for operationalised AI projects and ongoing programs4. Review, design and implement a landuse mapping and change detection framework including workflow, model and final deliverables5. Provide knowledge transfer to RSRM team by- Embedding the experts in RSRM in close collaboration with team members to facilitate continuous skill development- Providing comprehensive documentations on design, implementation and workflows- Organise seminars and establish community of practice
