Consultant Panel for the Public Transport Authority - Panel 4 Transport Systems & Infrastructure

The PTA has commenced the procurement process to establish a dedicated PTA Consultant Panel Framework which will enable the PTA to build a strong, collaborative relationship with Consultants who are prepared to invest time and resources in identifying, understanding and servicing the PTA’s unique requirements in planning, designing and managing Asset Investment projects.

The intention is to ensure that all relevant areas of required specialisation are covered in the Panels to provide a range of services to the PTA Network and Infrastructure Division, in delivering its capital works, asset replacement and maintenance programs.

For certain services the PTA has experienced capacity constraints in the market. An objective of the Panels is to address such constraints by encouraging proposals from Consultants with appropriate skills and relevant experience in the transport environment, but lacking experience in PTA work, to be assessed for suitability through this RFT process.

The structure and operation of the Panels will permit the PTA to source services from a variety of suitably qualified Consultants quickly, competitively and efficiently.
