Building Maintenance Services

This contract is for the provision of Building Services at various Gippsland Water properties. These properties comprise office buildings, water treatment plants (WTP’s), wastewater treatment plants (STP’s) and industrial sites which Gippsland Water has the responsibility to maintain under the current Australian Standards, Building Act 1993, Building Regulations and Building Code unless specifically exempted.
Air conditioning services and office cleaning services are NOT included within this contract.

The Contract encompasses reactive maintenance and programmed maintenance and is divided onto three parts.
1. ELECTRICAL - Programmed and Reactive works

2. GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE - Programmed and Reactive works

3. PLUMBING - Programmed and Reactive works

The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of execution, with the option of a following 1 x 2-year term subject to satisfactory review of the Service Provider’s performance by Gippsland Water.

There will be a non-mandatory briefing conducted on 21 March 2024 commencing at the Gippsland Water Head Office. Please register via Buying for Victoria site to assist with visitior access and registration.
