The work consists of the redevelopment of existing facilities. Single storey construction with metal roof, some external works, services for upgrade inclusive of electrical, mechanical, communication and hydraulic. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
