Description
The work consists of two new classroom blocks, separate toilet facilities and associated site works. The total building area is approximately 700m2. Construction comprises concrete raft footing, reinforced rammed earth walls, structural steel roof frame, sheet metal roof cladding and aluminium framed doors and glazing. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
