The endorsed Manning Hospital Redevelopment Stage Two Project scope is envisioned to be split between three stages of Contract: Design Planning Phase – Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for the redesign of the works, completing a thorough value management exercise and the works with the minimum viable scope whilst re-introducing clinical services where budget allows.Optional Early Works – Substation, Sewer & StormwaterMain Works – Delivery Phase Not to Exceed Contract subject to Main Works Offer Agreement)
