Camp Hill SS ? Ed4All (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ed4All – Accessibility Upgrades at Camp Hill SS, located at 676 Old Cleveland Rd, Camp Hill QLD 4152, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The scope of works is described by the documentation issued and includes but is not limited to demolition and reinstatement of a classroom with joinery wall, kitchenette and a disabled toilet and external ramps and stairs. All works are to be completed by April 11, 2025; with a 6 month Defects Liability Period.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
• Have certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance, and

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
