Provision of General Building Maintenance & Handypersons Services

Queensland Public Trustee have released this tender seeking offers from suitably qualified building maintenance service providers to undertake work for our customer residential properties throughout Queensland.

The intent of this ITO is to appoint suitably qualified Supplier(s) to provide residential building maintenance services throughout Queensland in one or more of the following locations:

• Redcliffe
• Brisbane
• Ipswich
• Logan
• Southport

Please be advised, if you have questions regarding this tender, the closing date for enquiries is Monday 16 December 2024 to submit them via QTenders website.

The outcome of the competitive tender is anticipated to provide successful suppliers a multi-year contract.

The ITO also includes an optional Expression of Interest (EOI) document for suppliers interested in providing services to other areas of Queensland which have historically had low/ no volume/s of work. These are outside the PT service areas identified for suppliers to commit (Contract) to offer services. Response to the ITO Part C Response EOI Opportunity Areas (optional) document is optional and is only intended to compile a list of qualified and interested Suppliers to provide a starting point for PT Officers to seek availability and quotes if work arises in these areas.
