Contract Management Capability Assessment Project

TransLink Division seeks contemporary and innovative solutions that provide the best and most cost effective means of assessing the level of competence of its employees in contract management roles. It is imperative that TransLink is able to adopt customised and consistent assessment tools in order to ensure alignment across a range of contract types, sizes and deliverables.

Whilst it is important that the Contractor understands the public sector environment and has experience in the delivery of projects to government, experience in delivering similar projects within the private sector is highly desirable. The Contractor’s ability to complete the design and initial implementation within two (2) months of commencement will be highly regarded.
