Panel of providers for Planning and Project Development Services

Council seeks tenders to establish a panel of providers to deliver the relevant Planning and Project Development (P&PD) Services required by Mackay Water Services (MWS) in order to meet the needs of its forward capital works program. This panel arrangement will supplement work undertaken by the current planning and project development staff from the MWS Planning and Sustainability Branch.

Two suitably qualified consultancy organisations or consortia will be appointed to this panel and will be required to interface as required with existing MWS personnel on P&PD tasks. This P&PD program works is focused on continual improvement, reducing costs to the business and ensuring timely planning and project development to meet delivery within the required timeframe for MWS assets.

MWS is looking to build a close relationship with companies who have a similar vision and goals to drive these outcomes of providing an efficient and effective delivery of planning and project development of its works program.
