This project aims to engage a qualified Heritage Consultant to develop a new Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for the State Heritage-listed Coastal Cabin Communities (Era, Garie, and Burning Palms) within the Royal National Park. The existing CMP, endorsed in 2005, predates the State Heritage listing and does not reflect the specific policies and legislative requirements introduced by this status. As the current CMP is outdated and no longer aligns with best practice guidelines for CMP development and structure, a new CMP needs to be developed.
