This Invitation to Offer (ITO) specifically relates to the rehabilitation of 32.65ha of the retained vegetated area for Stage 2 of the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park (site known as Lot 800 on SP272966) located off Racecourse Road, Bells Creek. The ITO is requested on behalf of the state and land owner of Lot 800 on SP272966 (the site) Economic Development Queensland (EDQ).
