Mt Gravatt SS - Amenities Refurbishment (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Block B Amenities Refurbishment at Mt Gravatt State School, located at 1263 Logan Road, Mount Gravatt, QLD, 4122, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope of works includes refurbishment to the existing male and female student toilets and construction of a PWD toilet plus male and female staff toilets. The position of the building is at the front of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 7^th March 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million.

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
