Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater invites qualified organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Design Services as per the attached documentation.

The purpose of this EOI is to shortlist an appropriate number of pre-qualified design consultants to then participate in a closed tender for the provision of detailed design services and post-construction advisory services for the Mt Crosby Eastbank Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Filter Upgrade Project.

The scope of the Works for the detailed design contract includes:
• Options analysis and market research for the filter underdrain system supply contract;
• Filter Underdrain specifications;
• “For Construction” drawings of all engineering disciplines;
• All required equipment procurement specification; and
• Construction contract specifications.
