Invitation to Register Interest - Managing Contractor Contract (MCC-1 2021) - North Queensland Mid-Term Refresh Program

The services include design and related services in respect of the following works:

•Developing the existing 90% design to 100% design and documentation.

•For RAAF Base Townsville

oServices works including firefighting systems, potable water, electrical systems, fire protection;

oBuilding refurbishment works to working accommodation;

oNew infrastructure works including Living in Accommodation building;

oInformation & Communications Technology upgrades.

•For Townsville Field Training Area:

oService works including electrical, hydraulic, sewerage & stormwater;

oNew infrastructure works at the Fanning Sector entry point;

oInformation & Communications Technology upgrades.

•For HMAS Cairns:

oService works including firefighting, potable water, sewerage & stormwater;

oBuilding refurbishment works being air-conditioning replacement.

to meet the 3 facilities continuing operational and support capabilities.
