Demolition and removal of infrastructure and vegetation from Joondoburri Conference Centre site 144 North St Woorim Qld

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (The Customer) is seeking qualified contractors for demolishing and removing infrastructure and vegetation from the Joondoburri Conference Centre site at 144 North St, Woorim.

The Customer will hold a briefing session at 11am Wednesday 7/11/18 at the Bribie Island Research Centre at 144 North St, Woorim Q. It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.

There will be one briefing session which will include a site inspection. One representative from each interested party is invited. Invitees will be required to register their company name and particulars as part of site access and to validate any subsequent offers made. There will be a commentary given of the required works and questions can be asked. These will be recorded and the answer provided to all attendees
