Description

The State of Queensland through Queensland Health, Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified Principal Consultants to provide technical inputs into the Preliminary Business Case (PBC) & Detailed Business Case (DBC) process for the Wujal Wujal Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) project.

A two-stage procurement process will be undertaken to appoint the successful Principal Consultant.

  • Stage One – Expressions of Interest to short list Principal Consultants; then
  • Stage Two – Request for Offer process undertaken with the shortlisted Principal Consultants.

Stage One is an open process with any Principal Consultant listed on Arrangement No: HCD499 able to submit an EOI response.

The EOI process looks to obtain information about non-price attributes only and has been structured in a way that does not require a high amount of resourcing to provide a high-quality response.

It is anticipated that there may be three (3) Principal Consultants selected to proceed to Stage Two to ensure that shortlisted consultants provide highly competitive Stage Two submissions.
