Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Corporate Property Mechanical Services (HVAC&R) Maintenance.
Queensland Rail Limited (The Principal) would like to engage a contractor for the provision of Corporate Property’s (HVAC/R) Mechanical Services Maintenance as specified in this brief and accompanied specifications. The purpose of this Tender is appoint a Contractor to undertake the service and maintenance of the Corporate Property HVAC equipment in order to retain performance and ensure that systems perform reliably and satisfactorily during operation; comply with statutory requirements and in accordance with the Specification and Contract and result in better retention of asset value.
