Maroochydore State High School Block A Refurbishment and Block P Extensions

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for refurbishment works to the Block A building and extension of Block P building located at Maroochydore Sate High School, 160 Maroochydore Road, Qld 4558. In general, the works comprise of the following:

• Separable Portion 1 (Block A – External Refurbishment)
- Removal and replacement of ground level and level 1 windows and louvres.
- Removal and replacement of gutters and downpipes.
- Painting external surfaces in their entirety

• Separable Portion 2 (Block A – Roof Painting)
- Preparation and painting of roof surface

• Separable Portion 3 (Block A – Sanitary Facilities)
- Painting, replacing epoxy and partitions of the male and female facilities.

• Separable Portion 4 (Block P – Extensions)
- New prop store and rehearsal space extension.
