Description
DoT is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced support Partner that is able to provide Maximo application development, support and maintenance services for the currently deployed Maximo EAM system. The primary role of the Contractor is to resolve any issues that arise in the running of the Maximo EAM system and the associated business applications that have been developed within the Maximo framework. The required services shall also cover technical issues, error resolution and technical advice to DoT for upgrades and maintenance of the Maximo EAM System. DoT has estimated that about 30 hours of service will be required on a monthly basis. DoT requires any monthly support hours that are not utlised to be rolled over for future work which could include Maximo application development or enhancement. Please see details in the table below.
